Algum Home Care Services was founded in February 2022 by the Malani family, who have over 19 years combined of experience caring for seniors and adults with disabilities.
We started as a family-run business fueled by passion.As experienced caregivers, overwhelmed by the growing number of referrals from previous clients’ families, we faced a tough dilemma. We were committed to providing exceptional care, but the demand exceeded our capacity. To ensure that every person in need received the quality care they deserved, we began referring some clients to other caregivers and agencies we trusted. Witnessing the positive impact of our referrals, a realization dawned on us – we could create something even more profound. Thus, we decided to start our own home care business. As both caregivers and founders of the business, we possess a deep understanding of both sides of the equation.
